Meet Rachel
I’m Rachel Davies, an accredited coach and the Head of Coaching at our coaching practice. I love helping people find ways forward that genuinely fit who they are.
I work with individuals and teams who are navigating career change, burnout or tricky team dynamics - often when things feel stuck, overwhelming or out of balance.
I have particular experience supporting those with ADHD, helping them work with their strengths, make sense of overwhelm, and create momentum without forcing themselves into boxes that don’t fit.
I’ve supported people at all stages of their careers, from early-career professionals to senior leadership teams.
My coaching style is calm, curious and grounded. I create a space where people feel safe to slow down, think clearly, and make meaningful progress, at a pace that feels both supportive and sustainable.
