Group Coaching
Living and Leading with Confidence
If you were living and leading with confidence what would be different for you?
Confidence is often treated as something you need before you begin.
But what if confidence is something that grows as a result of taking small steps, with support, over time?
This group coaching programme offers a space to think, reflect and experiment alongside others who are also wanting to live and lead more confidently. Not by becoming a different person, but by becoming more yourself.
Together, we explore what confidence means for you, what gets in the way, and what small steps might help you move towards the way you want to live and lead.
You’ll be supported by the group, learn from each other, and try things out in your own life between sessions.
You’ll create a vision for what living and leading with confidence looks like for you. With this vision you’ll explore ways to cultivate the confidence you want.
Living and Leading with Confidence
A small-group coaching programme for those who want to
stop feeling like an imposter and start trusting their voice.
-
This group is for anyone who wants to lead and live with more confidence. We welcome people from all walks of life.
One of the main benefits of group coaching is learning from each other. Confidence is something we all experience in different ways, and hearing diverse perspectives often unlocks insights you wouldn’t reach alone.
To protect the quality of the experience, we keep groups small (typically 5–10 people). If there are fewer than 5 participants, we’ll be open with you and agree the best next step together.
-
We begin with a thoughtful kick-off session, where we shape how we want to work together and create our individual vision of what success will look like for each person.
From there, we meet for regular two-hour sessions. These are structured but flexible - a space to reflect on what’s changed, explore challenges, share perspectives, and learn from one another.
You’ll be supported to move forward with intention, and take practical steps between sessions.
All sessions are held online via Zoom.
-
Group coaching combines the depth of 1-1 coaching with the richness of shared experience as part of a group. You’re working on your own goals, alongside others doing the same.
The power comes from the group. You gain new perspectives, thoughtful feedback, and a sense that you’re not alone.
Being as a group can also feel scary at first, and that’s completely natural. That scariness can be its biggest opportunity. You get to practise being more of who you want to be among others in a safe, supportive space, seeing how that feels, practising, refining and becoming more of who you want to be.
This is where confidence builds, through experience, not just insight.
-
Like 1-1 coaching, you’ll increase your awareness and understanding of what you want, what matters to you and who you want to be - along with practical ways to move towards creating and achieving more of what you want.
The group amplifies this. You’ll benefit from more perspectives, more accountability, encouragement and inspiration from your peers.
-
We ask that participants are able to attend the majority of sessions including the first session.
While we encourage participants to try to make all sessions, we understand life can be busy and that it may not be feasible to make every session in a programme.

Meet Alex
Your Coach for the Programme
I’m Alex Whitton, a trained group coach who supports people to do their best work and bring their strengths and interests to life.
I’ve worked with people at many different stages, from those starting their careers, to new leaders, to founders growing and running their own businesses.
I’m particularly interested in confidence and helping people build the self-trust to live and lead in a way that brings more of what matters into their work and lives.
I believe confidence comes from taking small steps, reflecting, and having the right people around you while you do it.
My role is to create a space where people can think clearly, be honest, and take steps towards the way they want to live and lead, with confidence.
