The right coach changes everything.

We’ll help you find yours.

Expert coaching for career change, leadership, and ADHD - from coaches who've been there.

You know there’s more in you.

More clarity. More confidence. More ease.

But right now, it feels just out of reach.
You’re spinning too many plates, second-guessing yourself, or stuck in habits that don’t quite fit anymore.

Coaching gives you space to stop, think, and choose what’s next.

To reconnect with what matters. To see what’s really going on. To make change that lasts.

If that sounds like what you need, let’s talk.

Your first session’s free - no pressure, no pitch. Just space to start.

When I say something, I know it will be heard, which means I have the confidence to say what I am feeling.
— Paul, Head of Business Development

Our clients come from all walks of life - senior leaders, founders, executives, creatives and professionals at every stage - but they share something important: a willingness to be honest about where they are, and a genuine desire to grow.

You might be leading at the highest level and still feel something is missing.

You might be navigating a transition, stepping into a bigger role, or simply knowing that something needs to change.

Whatever's brought you here, you're ready to do something about it.

We've partnered with senior executives at global firms, NHS leaders, start-up founders and people at critical crossroads - and what unites them all is a commitment to lead and live with greater purpose.

Coaching transformed our own journeys. Our mission is simple: to help you do the same.

Regular coaching at your pace

Many people come to us with a formal ADHD diagnosis, while others simply notice patterns in how they think, feel and work that reflect ADHD traits.

Whatever your starting point, you are not lazy or disorganised - your mind is built for depth and original thinking, not for fitting into boxes.

We offer a safe space for self-reflection, practical strategies and developing genuine self-trust.

Our clients with ADHD often describe themselves as:

  • Full of ideas, yet unclear how to begin - or finish

  • Drained from masking or forcing themselves into traditional molds

  • Caught in loops of overthinking, people-pleasing, or perfectionism

  • Ready to stop treating their brain as a problem and start embracing its strengths

Coaching can help you develop personalised structures, a growth-focused mindset, accountability and consistent momentum to succeed - in ways that truly reflect who you are.

If you are based in the UK, the Access to Work government grant scheme may be able to fund the full cost of your coaching if you are in employment or self-employed.

Coaching for ADHD Minds

What does a Wagtail have to do with coaching?

Black and white bird standing on a ledge against a cloudy sky

Every morning, at 5.30am, a wagtail tapped on the bedroom window whilst we were living in Zambia on our one year adventure living in Africa. It saw its reflection as a rival and kept returning, undeterred by frustration and failure.

But the wagtail isn’t just persistent, it’s smart, collaborative and a natural communicator (with other birds, obvs). That same determination and focus, applied differently, can move mountains.

Seeing the wagtail each morning reminded me of what coaching clients often teach us:

1. When times are hard, often the person we are fighting is ourselves. We can choose to stop.

2. Repeating the same actions brings the same results. We can choose different behaviours.

3. Pausing to reflect opens new perspectives. The impossible becomes possible.

4. Determination, focus and passion, when aimed well, can help you achieve your biggest goals. We choose where to put our energy.
