Meet Lynne

I’m Lynne Davies-Craine, a transformational wellbeing coach who helps young women find their way when life feels overwhelming or unclear.

With a background as an NHS nurse, experience in the charitable sector and in supporting secondary schools, young people with special educational needs, neurodivergence, and care leavers, I understand the unique pressures facing young women today.

I specialise in supporting women aged 16-25 who feel stuck, lost, or unsure of their direction. Many are navigating major transitions such as leaving school, starting university, entering work, or adjusting to adult life. They may struggle with confidence, self-doubt, pressure to meet expectations, or uncertainty about who they are and what they want.

  • “Lynne is open, approachable and kind, there is no judgement and she gives a safe space to talk and explore what is going on in your life. She works with a lightness - her gentle questioning was like a trail of breadcrumbs to follow to help me find my way to where I wanted to be.”

    Former Client

  • "Lynne is a gifted and genuine professional who brings a lot of skill and empathy to her work. I was particularly drawn to her connection with nature and own authentic presence. It always feels like we are in the work together and that she is fully present and available."
