Meet Rebecca

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a maroon top and a gold heart necklace, sitting indoors in a well-lit room.

I’m Rebecca Noskeau, an organisational psychologist and executive coach working with individuals and teams who are navigating high demand, complexity, and critical inflection points.

I combine deep one-to-one transformational coaching with evidence-based leadership development, supporting people who are performing at a high level while carrying competing demands at work and at home.

My clients often come to me when their current way of operating is no longer serving them (or sustainable), even though they are still succeeding on the face of it.

I also work with founders, spin-out teams, academics, and institutions, including the NHS and university-led innovation programmes, to strengthen leadership capability, decision-making, team alignment, and sustainable performance as scale and complexity increase.

I balance warmth with challenge, empowering people and teams to gain clarity, recalibrate and move forward with purpose.

  • Mark Heyman, Founder & Consultant at HR Happens

"Rebecca is a wealth of knowledge and has the ability to share her invaluable perspective on what makes businesses, and more importantly, business leaders grow.

Her insights helped me grow as a leader and entrepreneur at a critical stage in our start-up efforts and I reap the benefits of her work on a daily basis.

If you're looking for a coach or simply some perspective to help grow your business and dial in your leadership skillset, you won't be disappointed!"

  • Alexandra Spencer, Director at Kodola Consulting Ltd

"Rebecca is an outstanding coach who supported me through a major career transition with empathy, insight, and calm confidence.

Her ability to create a safe, reflective space helped me navigate the decision to take voluntary redundancy and gave me the clarity to step into a new chapter and start my own business as a Lean consultant.

What sets Rebecca apart is her intuitive understanding of people and her ability to ask just the right questions at the right time. I always left our sessions feeling more grounded and empowered.

This won’t be the last time I work with Rebecca - I fully intend to return to her at key points in my journey. She’s a trusted partner in growth, and I can’t recommend her highly enough."

  • Lewis Jones, Founder at Wingin’ It

"When I was wrapping up my previous business, I was in a tough spot wanting to move in a new direction but having no idea where to start. Working with Rebecca has been such a game changer.

Her support and guidance helped me make that transition way more smoothly than I ever expected. She’s given me tools and techniques that I still use in my everyday life, not just in business.

If you’re looking to shift gears, grow something new, or just get clear on your next steps, I can’t recommend her enough. Her strategic support really makes a massive difference."

  • Gabrielė Barteškaitė, Co-Founder & COO at Future Greens

“Working with Rebecca has been nothing short of transformative.

Her ability to bring full presence and create a deeply supportive space helped me uncover mental blocks, identify my strengths, and arrive at my own answers. It was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It often felt like taking my brain into a really good repair shop: she helped me look under the hood and gently tune and upgrade unconscious patterns so I could show up confidently and authentically even in high pressure circumstances.

Her deep knowledge of neuroscience and psychology has given me practical tools I will carry with me for the journey ahead, and her book recommendations have led to some of my biggest breakthroughs on my journey as a founder.

Rebecca is a true wellspring of knowledge, and I am incredibly grateful to have worked with her.“

  • Nik Georgopoulos, Associate Professor & Co-Founder / Chief Scientific Officer at VeritaCell

“Working with Rebecca recently through the Yorkshire MedTech Academic-to-Commercial Transition Pilot was an incredibly valuable and transformational experience.

Rebecca combines deep psychological insight with warmth, calmness, strategic clarity and an extraordinary ability to empower people thoughtfully and authentically.

The programme went far beyond “commercial skills” or leadership theory. Instead, it created space for genuine reflection, intentionality and behavioural integration.

Rebecca’s coaching style is thoughtful, deeply human and never superficial or performative.

She has a remarkable ability to help people think more clearly, operate more intentionally and grow in a way that feels very authentic rather than ‘forced’. The impact of this work will remain with me forever, both professionally and personally.

I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough, she is a star!“

  • Alex Fraiha, Full-Stack Software Engineer at BETA Technologies

“I’ve been working with Rebecca for a few years now and she has consistently helped me navigate tricky situations, boosted my general confidence and supported me in ways I didn’t think were possible through executive coaching.

Rebecca is the kind of coach every team needs, as she simply makes everyone else on the team smarter, faster and stronger. I’ll admit that at the beginning of our journey, I was somewhat skeptical of executive coaching in general, but she won me over quickly through her deep, research-based knowledge, her empathy and her practical experience.

After every conversation, not only did my motivation and drive increase, but I could finally put words and research behind what I was feeling and thinking, and Rebecca enabled all of that. Each conversation felt real, honest and impactful, and that’s all I can ask for in a coach.

Overall, she has made me a better communicator, team mate and leader and for that, I am forever grateful!“

  • Guo Jung Lian, Technical Lead & Co-Founder at Xerode

“Going from academic research to running a spinout is hard. The skills that make you a good researcher don’t automatically make you a good leader, and we felt that gap early on.

Rebecca is one of those rare people who makes you feel at ease and challenged at the same time. She’s warm and direct, with a sharp ability to ask questions you weren’t quite ready for, and somehow make that feel supportive rather than uncomfortable.

The sessions were practical. We worked through real issues we were dealing with as a team, different working styles, and how we make decisions under pressure. Personally, I left each session with actionable insights that reshaped my mindset and how I operate.

If you’re part of a founding team, especially transitioning from academia, I’d strongly recommend Rebecca. She provides the tools, insights, and support you need to make that shift to a leader“

  • Aimee Ambrose, Professor of Energy Policy

“I have been fortunate to be mentored by Rebecca for the last 7 months. I can’t recommend the compassion and insight she brings highly enough.

Rebecca listens properly and is rapidly able to understand the dynamics of issues and challenges that I bring to mentoring sessions for discussion. She has helped me to shift my focus from overworking and an external locus of evaluation to being strategic, listening to my instincts and hearing and prioritising my internal locus of evaluation. This has saved me from burn out on more than one occasion and has helped me find pleasure again in a role that I once enjoyed but had become disenchanted with.

Thank you, Rebecca. Looking forward to continuing to work with you in the months ahead.“
