Meet Rebecca

I’m Rebecca Cuberli, a senior accredited and qualified Leadership and Career Coach, neurodivergent-informed and NLP practitioner.

I work with leaders and creative professionals who are unclear about what comes next in their career, and currently feel stuck, overwhelmed and unfulfilled.

My coaching helps you slow down, reconnect with your values, purpose and strengths; redefine your own sense of success and fulfilment, clarify your direction, and lead with greater confidence, clarity and authenticity.

Each programme is bespoke and tailored around you. We create your journey together, following a proven framework that has helped many other clients achieve their goals.

My approach is emotionally intelligent, strength-focused and practical. I blend neuroscience, NLP (neuro linguistic programming), emotional intelligence, positive psychology, executive and leadership coaching offering a unique partnership.

This is transformational coaching that works at a deeper level, creating meaningful and long-lasting change.

The space I create is inclusive: I specialise in neurodivergence-informed coaching and work with many clients with ADHD, Autism and creative minds, supporting you to work with your natural way of learning, thinking, processing and communicating.

Before coaching, I held senior leadership roles within global luxury and creative organisations, leading teams and businesses through growth, transformation and organisational change with a wholehearted and strategic approach.

This means my coaching is grounded in real-world leadership experience, focused on creating inclusive, creative and highly performing teams.

I work with individuals through self-funded coaching, and with organisations through bespoke executive, leadership and team coaching.
