Meet Jeffrey

I’m Jeffrey Wotherspoon, an executive coach specialising in working with senior leaders on the relational dimensions of leadership such as how they navigate conflict and difficult conversations, how they lead across difference, and how they create cultures where people genuinely perform.

I have a Professional Coach Certification (ICF), Professional Executive Coach accreditation (AC), and a qualification in Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching qualification, alongside a BSc in Psychology. Together, these underpin a coaching practice that’s both rigorous and deeply relational.

This depth comes from a decade of working with senior leaders across the private, public, and voluntary sectors, complemented by 15 years of running workshops and coaching young men in prisons where trust is hardest to earn and most essential.
