About Rachel

I’m Rachel Davies, an accredited coach and the Head of Coaching at our coaching practice. I love helping people find ways forward that genuinely fit who they are.

I work with individuals and teams who are navigating career change, burnout or tricky team dynamics - often when things feel stuck, overwhelming or out of balance.

I have particular experience supporting those with ADHD, helping them work with their strengths, make sense of overwhelm, and create momentum without forcing themselves into boxes that don’t fit.

I’ve supported people at all stages of their careers, from early-career professionals to senior leadership teams.

My coaching style is calm, curious and grounded. I create a space where people feel safe to slow down, think clearly, and make meaningful progress, at a pace that feels both supportive and sustainable.

The time with Rachel was invaluable and has made a huge difference in my approach to my work.

About Latasha

Headshot - Latasha Baynham Wagtail Coaching

I’m Latasha Baynham, a senior accredited transformational coach specialising in career transition, working with professionals and leaders navigating change, pressure and moments of career uncertainty.

Many of those I work with look successful on the outside but privately feel unsettled or unsure about their direction. Some are navigating organisational change or redundancy.

Others are stepping into leadership roles that stretch their confidence and identity. Many have described lying awake at night wondering, “Is this really it? There must be more than this.”

In our work together we unravel what is really going on beneath the surface and create a plan you genuinely believe in. From there, clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence and the courage to make their next bold move.

I work with women navigating career transitions or redundancy, and I have a particular interest in supporting clients with ADHD and autism, especially those who have spent years trying to fit into environments not designed for how they naturally think and work at their best.

My background includes nearly 20 years working in global financial organisations including J.P. Morgan and Schroders, partnering closely with senior leaders in high-pressure environments. Alongside this, my background in psychology and human resources shapes my psychologically informed coaching approach that understands the complexity of modern workplaces.

By the second session, I started seeing how much influence others were holding over me at work and, for the first time, recognised that I had the authority and skills to take control.

That insight changed everything. I now feel calmer, more confident, and able to assert myself effectively
— AC, Department Head, Financial Services

About Rebecca Cuberli

Rebecca Cuberli Wagtail Associate Coach

I’m Rebecca Cuberli, a senior accredited Leadership and Career Coach, and Emotional Intelligence Mentor.

I work with leaders and creative professionals who feel stuck and unfulfilled, often high performing and successful on the surface, yet struggling with confidence, overwhelm, decision-making, and balancing ambition with wellbeing.

I help clients slow down, make sense of what’s happening internally, and reconnect with their values, emotions, strengths and direction. They leave with greater self-trust, emotional regulation and agility, clearer boundaries and a renewed sense of purpose, often feeling more grounded, aligned and able to lead with authenticity and ease.

My approach is emotionally intelligent and strengths-focused, blending neuroscience, NLP, positive psychology and emotions coaching.

I specialise in neurodivergence-informed coaching and work with many clients with ADHD and creative minds, supporting them to work with their natural wiring rather than against it.

With deep understanding of the emotional and relational demands of leadership, my coaching is always grounded in real-world leadership challenges.

Rebecca creates a safe, intuitive and challenging space where clarity emerges and sustainable change truly happens.
— Ali, Executive Creative Director and Founder

About Rebecca Noskeau

A photo of Wagtail Coaching Associate, Rebecca Noskeau.

I’m Rebecca Noskeau, an organisational psychologist and executive coach working with individuals and teams who are navigating high demand, complexity, and critical inflection points.

I combine deep one-to-one transformational coaching with evidence-based leadership development, supporting people who are performing at a high level while carrying competing demands at work and at home.

My clients often come to me when their current way of operating is no longer serving them (or sustainable), even though they are still succeeding on the face of it.

I also work with founders, spin-out teams, academics, and institutions, including the NHS and university-led innovation programmes, to strengthen leadership capability, decision-making, team alignment, and sustainable performance as scale and complexity increase.

I balance warmth with challenge, empowering people and teams to gain clarity, recalibrate and move forward with purpose.

Rebecca is an outstanding coach who supported me through a major career transition with empathy, insight, and calm confidence.

About Carol-Anne

I’m Carol-Anne Ward, a mind–body life coach who helps individuals and teams create lasting, meaningful change.

Before coaching, I spent over a decade in the creative industry and more than 20 years in people-focused roles, so I understand what it’s like to juggle ideas, expectations, and everything in between.

That experience shapes how I work today, blending creativity, evidence-based coaching, and nervous-system awareness to help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence.

As someone with lived experience of ADHD, I also bring an understanding of neurodivergence and how our minds and bodies interact.

My coaching creates space for different ways of thinking, feeling, and processing — using mind–body coaching to help people regulate, refocus, and work with their natural wiring, not against it.

My approach combines traditional coaching methods with mind–body practices, drawing on a range of tools and techniques to help people shift perspective, clear the noise, and take action that feels right for them.

Whether I’m coaching one-to-one, working with teams, or supporting organisations, my aim is the same: to help people move from automatic to intentional, which leads to life and work that feels grounded, fulfilling, and aligned.

Not only is Carol-Anne intuitive and insightful, she is kind, warm and genuinely cares about the people she works with.

About Danielle

Dani Yeomas Wagtail Coach

I’m Dani Yeomans, a work psychologist and leadership development coach.

I partner with people who want to work and lead well - in their roles, relationships, and in how they shape their work.

Many of my clients hold formal leadership responsibility, from emerging leaders, founders and senior to C-Suite executives. Others are professionals looking to feel and be brilliant at what they do. The people I work with are diverse in all ways, including those who are neurodivergent, many of whom explore how to work with their neurodivergence to improve experiences, effectiveness, and impact.

My clients often come to me when their current way of operating is no longer serving them (or sustainable), even though they are still succeeding on the face of it.

My clients are curious, committed, and aware that learning never stops. As new challenges and needs emerge, we cut through the noise of the modern world so they can be intentional, lead better, keep evolving, and feel better along the way.

As a registered Occupational Psychologist, I bring together evidence-based practice with the real-world challenges of work and life. I draw on strengths-based and systems thinking to help clients step back, see the bigger picture, and understand how different elements connect.

I left every coaching session that I had with Dani with a renewed sense of purpose and ambition. The impact of her coaching on my working life cannot be understated.

I'm Linda Ransom, an executive leadership and career coach with over 30 years’ experience in global organisations.

I partner with senior leaders, particularly women in leadership, as they navigate high-stakes careers, transitions and identity shifts.

Linda is artful at illuminating areas of friction in leadership and helping to resolve them for the benefit of both the leader and their team.

Our partnership has been a wonderful education in empathy and the power of slowing down to achieve more intentional, and ultimately bigger and better, results.

About Lynne

A woman with curly brown hair and glasses smiling while writing in a notebook at a table, with a blurred background of a newspaper print wallpaper and a small green plant in the foreground.

I’m Lynne Davies-Craine, a transformational wellbeing coach who helps young women find their way when life feels overwhelming or unclear.

With a background as an NHS nurse, experience in the charitable sector and in supporting secondary schools, young people with special educational needs, neurodivergence, and care leavers, I understand the unique pressures facing young women today.

I specialise in supporting women aged 16-25 who feel stuck, lost, or unsure of their direction. Many are navigating major transitions such as leaving school, starting university, entering work, or adjusting to adult life. They may struggle with confidence, self-doubt, pressure to meet expectations, or uncertainty about who they are and what they want.

Society often tells us there's a "right" path to follow. But along the way, many young women lose touch with themselves, comparing themselves to others and carrying the weight of expectations. I know this experience personally - and I also know that another way is possible.

Through coaching, I help young women reconnect with who they are, build confidence, and define success on their own terms, Using evidence-based coaching tools and a compassionate, holistic approach, I support women to make choices aligned with their values, and create lives that feel truly their own.

Lynne is open, approachable and kind, there is no judgement and she gives a safe space to talk and explore what is going on in your life.

She works with a lightness - her gentle questioning was like a trail of breadcrumbs to follow to help me find my way to where I wanted to be.

About Andrew

Picture of Andrew de Csillery, Wagtail Assoiate Coach

I’m Andrew de Csilléry, a senior accredited executive and leadership coach, working closely with a select number of executives and senior leaders and organisations navigating complexity, transition, and growth.

My coaching is deeply human. It is not about applying tools and techniques, but about being in conversation, paying close attention, and accompanying leaders as they think things through and move forward. I work in a non-directive way, creating space for reflection, clearer thinking, and practical action.

Clients value my style that is supportive, direct, and thoughtful. My supervisor once described me as having "confident humility" — and that feels like an accurate reflection of how I work: confident enough to hold complexity, humble enough to stay curious, and always respectful of the leader's own thinking and context.

Drawing on 35 years of experience across Disney, IHG, Tesco, HFL Education and management consulting, I bring a perspective shaped by senior leadership and many years of living and working internationally. That is often an important advantage for clients working across borders, leading international teams, or operating in environments where cultural context matters as much as strategy.

I coach in both English and French, and I have a particularly deep understanding of France and French business culture.

With his extensive experience in both business and coaching, Andrew offers a unique blend of strategic and empathetic perspectives. He helped me navigate key leadership challenges with clarity and purpose.
— Jordi, Senior Executive, Hospitality

About David

David Norris Coach

I’m David Norris, an executive coach specialising in helping people tap into their own hidden powers that enable them to survive and thrive in life.

I love coaching for its ability to bring people back to themselves, overcome challenges, and rediscover their confident, creative, productive and happy selves. I’ve coached many senior and mid-level leaders, up to and including CEO level, as well as groups and teams.

Prior to coaching, I had successful careers in corporate communications and government, as well as in professional football. This includes over 20 years as an adviser to international CEOs and government ministers, and 10 years leading teams across Asia.

This has given me a deep understanding and appreciation of the kinds of pressures executives face, both professionally and personally.

Coaching with David was truly transformational. The way he asked me questions, articulated my jumbled answers and shared his observations was really valuable and gave me a lot to reflect on.

I feel the experience has given me a renewed sense of energy and positivity about my career!
— LL, Department for Transport

About Alex

Alex Whitton Coach

I’m Alex Whitton, an accredited coach who supports people from all walks of life to be at their best and to bring their strengths and interests to life.

I work with individuals at many different stages, both personally and professionally - from young people starting out in work or figuring out what they want to do next, to people stepping into new leadership roles, and founders starting, growing and running their own businesses.

My coaching style is calm and supportive. I create space to slow down and zoom out, helping people gain clarity and find a way forward that feels right for them and builds on what they do best.

Coaching with me can be open-ended and exploratory, or more structured and action-focused. I often use simple exercises or resources to help create fresh perspectives and practical momentum.

I always tailor how I work to suit the individual, so the coaching feels relevant, useful and genuinely supportive.

Coaching with Alex was insightful, impactful and helpful. I learnt more about myself, my values and what kind of leader I want to be, as well as learning to focus on positives.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from coaching, but I had a very positive experience and Alex found tools and activities that worked well for me and my neurodivergence.

About Isaac

Isaac Davis Wagtail Associate Coach

I’m Isaac Davis, a professional coach offering leadership and personal coaching for individuals and organisations navigating complexity, transition and high-pressure roles.

My work combines deep philosophical exploration with a practical ability to simplify complex challenges, supporting clients to make clearer decisions and act in alignment with their values.

My coaching style balances curiosity with accountability, helping clients slow down, reflect deeply, and move forward with responsibility, autonomy and purpose.

I operate from the belief that some of our most undervalued capacities are the ability to think carefully, stay curious under pressure, and hold complexity without rushing to false certainty.

I work with people navigating leadership pressure, identity shifts and moments of responsibility, supporting them to make decisions they can stand behind and build lives and work that hold together over time.

Isaac creates a non-judgemental space that allows for real accountability without pressure. He has a way of simplifying complexity while still respecting its depth, and reflects you back to yourself with honesty and care.

I would strongly recommend Isaac to anyone who wants a thoughtful, grounded guide to help them re-author their life in a way that feels meaningful and self-directed

About Simon

I’m Simon Harris, an accredited coach and the founder of Wagtail Coaching.

I work with people from all walks of life, from senior leaders to early-career professionals, and those navigating the world a little differently, including people with ADHD.

My coaching helps people slow down, see things more clearly, and make choices that actually work for them. It’s practical and reflective, grounded in real life rather than theory.

Sometimes that means untangling tricky team dynamics, sometimes it’s about finding a bit more space to breathe and lead with confidence.

Before coaching, I spent many years in healthcare leadership, so I understand the pressures, the pace, the expectations, the sense that there’s never quite enough time.

At the heart of my work is human connection - helping people regain their balance, build trust, have the conversations that matter, and lead themselves and others with confidence, purpose and compassion.

A fantastic coach and someone who helped me grow in my career in a very short space of time. Having someone like Simon to talk to has been priceless.
