I’m Donald MacRae - a warm, globally experienced leadership and career-transition coach who helps people find clarity, confidence and calmness in moments of change.

With more than 25 years in senior HR leadership roles at Starbucks, Microsoft, Nokia and Logica — and having lived and worked in the Netherlands, Finland, China, the US and the UK — I bring a rich blend of global experience, positive energy and thoughtful empathy to my coaching.

I’ve supported people at every stage of their careers, from early-career professionals to senior leadership teams. I’m particularly drawn to working with those at transition points — people who want to lead their lives with more confidence, purpose and ease.
