Lose clarity or composure in meetings, panels or Q&A
Want to sound credible and confident without becoming someone they’re not
Are tired of tips and tricks that don’t address what’s really going on
You don’t need to be an aspiring keynote speaker. This workshop is for everyday communication, as well as when the stakes are high.

This is a coaching-led programme that focuses on what sits behind your voice as much as what comes out of it.
We work on:
Inner confidence and steadiness
How pressure affects your thinking and delivery
Speaking with clarity when your nervous system is activated
Practical tools you can use immediately
The aim is not to sound perfect, it’s to sound clear, credible, and authentic.

This is a live, interactive online workshop, delivered in a small group to allow space for reflection, practice and coaching.
Workshop length: 3 hours
Group size: Maximum 12 participants
Each session blends:
Short, practical teaching
Live coaching and reflection
Supported practice in pairs or small groups
Gentle challenge in a psychologically safe space

Understanding why confidence drops under pressure
Managing nerves and inner criticism
Speaking clearly when your mind feels busy or goes blank
Using pace, pause and presence effectively
Using body language, including hand gestures, to support your message
Develop a natural, authentic speaking style
Communicating with authority in a way that feels genuine
The exact content is shaped by the group and their real-life speaking challenges.

Simon Harris
Simon is a coach, facilitator and communication specialist who helps people speak with clarity, confidence and authenticity, especially when it matters most.
With over 20 years’ experience presenting to groups and more than a decade teaching communication and presentation skills, he brings a calm, coaching-led approach that helps people think, practise and grow in real time.
Simon is known for creating thoughtful, supportive spaces that gently stretch people, helping them find a way of communicating that feels natural, credible and sustainable, not scripted or performative.
