This isn’t a performance-based presentation skills course, and it’s not about forcing confidence or copying extroverts.
This is a small-group, live programme grounded in coaching, psychology and real practice. We focus on what’s happening underneath your nerves, and how to work with it, so your voice, presence and clarity can follow naturally.

Format: Live, online, small-group coaching programme
Length: 4 weeks
Session length: 90 minutes per week
Group size: Maximum 8–12 participants
Each session blends:
Short, practical teaching
Live coaching and reflection
Supported practice in pairs or small groups
Gentle challenge in a psychologically safe space
You’ll leave each session with insight and something practical to apply straight away.

Week 1 – Confidence & Presence
Understand what’s really happening when nerves show up, and learn how to ground yourself so you can speak from a calmer, steadier place.Week 2 – Clarity & Structure
Simple ways to organise your thoughts so your message lands, without overloading yourself or your audience.Week 3 – Engaging as a Human
Speak with warmth and credibility, using stories, examples and presence rather than performance.Week 4 – Pressure Moments
Handling questions, challenge and interruption with more ease, and trusting yourself when you don’t have a script. -

Simon Harris
Simon is a coach, facilitator and communication specialist who helps people speak with clarity, confidence and authenticity, especially when it matters most.
With over 20 years’ experience presenting to groups and more than a decade teaching communication and presentation skills, he brings a calm, coaching-led approach that helps people think, practise and grow in real time.
Simon is known for creating thoughtful, supportive spaces that gently stretch people, helping them find a way of communicating that feels natural, credible and sustainable, not scripted or performative.
