Our Coaches

Our coaches share a belief that real change happens when people slow down, think deeply, and act with courage.

Each coach in our small, handpicked network brings warmth, professionalism, and curiosity, alongside years of experience helping individuals and teams grow with purpose.

About Rachel

I’m Rachel Davies, an accredited coach and the Head of Coaching at our coaching practice. I love helping people find ways forward that genuinely fit who they are.

I work with individuals and teams who are navigating leadership, career change, burnout or tricky team dynamics - often when things feel stuck, overwhelming or out of balance.

I have particular experience supporting those with ADHD, helping them work with their strengths, make sense of overwhelm, and create momentum without forcing themselves into boxes that don’t fit.

I’ve supported people at all stages of their careers, from early-career professionals to senior leadership teams, and I’m just as comfortable working one-to-one as I am with whole teams.

My coaching style is calm, curious and grounded. I create a space where people feel safe to slow down, think clearly, and make meaningful progress, at a pace that feels both supportive and sustainable.

The time with Rachel was invaluable and has made a huge difference in my approach to my work.

About Carol-Anne

I’m Carol-Anne Ward, a mind–body life coach who helps individuals and teams create lasting, meaningful change.

Before coaching, I spent over a decade in the creative industry and more than 20 years in people-focused roles, so I understand what it’s like to juggle ideas, expectations, and everything in between.

That experience shapes how I work today, blending creativity, evidence-based coaching, and nervous-system awareness to help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence.

As someone with lived experience of ADHD, I also bring an understanding of neurodivergence and how our minds and bodies interact.

My coaching creates space for different ways of thinking, feeling, and processing — using mind–body coaching to help people regulate, refocus, and work with their natural wiring, not against it.

My approach combines traditional coaching methods with mind–body practices, drawing on a range of tools and techniques to help people shift perspective, clear the noise, and take action that feels right for them.

Whether I’m coaching one-to-one, working with teams, or supporting organisations, my aim is the same: to help people move from automatic to intentional, which leads to life and work that feels grounded, fulfilling, and aligned.

Not only is Carol-Anne intuitive and insightful, she is kind, warm and genuinely cares about the people she works with.

About Rebecca

Rebecca Cuberli Wagtail Associate Coach

I’m Rebecca Cuberli, a senior accredited and qualified Leadership and Career Coach, Emotional Intelligence Mentor and Facilitator.

My work focuses on leaders and creative professionals (most of whom are neurodivergent) who feel stuck and unfulfilled, often high performing and successful on the surface, yet struggling with confidence, overwhelm, decision-making, and balancing ambition with wellbeing.

I help clients slow down, make sense of what’s happening internally, and reconnect with their values, emotions, strengths and direction. They leave with greater self-trust, emotional regulation and agility, clearer boundaries and a renewed sense of purpose, often feeling more grounded, aligned and able to lead with authenticity and ease.

My approach is emotionally intelligent and strengths-focused, blending neuroscience, NLP, positive psychology and emotions coaching. I specialise in neurodivergence-informed coaching and work with many clients with ADHD and creative minds, supporting them to work with their natural wiring rather than against it.

With deep understanding of the emotional and relational demands of leadership, my coaching is always grounded in real-world leadership challenges.

Rebecca creates a safe, intuitive and challenging space where clarity emerges and sustainable change truly happens.

About David

David Norris Coach

I’m David Norris, an executive coach specialising in helping people tap into their own hidden powers that enable them to survive and thrive in life.

I love coaching for its ability to bring people back to themselves, overcome challenges, and rediscover their confident, creative, productive and happy selves. I’ve coached many senior and mid-level leaders, up to and including CEO level, as well as groups and teams.

Prior to coaching, I had successful careers in corporate communications and government, as well as in professional football. This includes over 20 years as an adviser to international CEOs and government ministers, and 10 years leading teams across Asia.

This has given me a deep understanding and appreciation of the kinds of pressures executives face, both professionally and personally.

Coaching with David was truly transformational. The way he asked me questions, articulated my jumbled answers and shared his observations was really valuable and gave me a lot to reflect on.

I feel the experience has given me a renewed sense of energy and positivity about my career!

About Simon

I’m Simon Harris, an accredited coach and the founder of Wagtail Coaching.

I work with people from all walks of life, from senior leaders to early-career professionals, and those navigating the world a little differently, including people with ADHD.

My coaching helps people slow down, see things more clearly, and make choices that actually work for them. It’s practical and reflective, grounded in real life rather than theory.

Sometimes that means untangling tricky team dynamics, sometimes it’s about finding a bit more space to breathe and lead with confidence.

Before coaching, I spent many years in healthcare leadership, so I understand the pressures, the pace, the expectations, the sense that there’s never quite enough time.

At the heart of my work is human connection - helping people regain their balance, build trust, have the conversations that matter, and lead themselves and others with confidence, purpose and compassion.

A fantastic coach and someone who helped me grow in my career in a very short space of time. Having someone like Simon to talk to has been priceless.

We work with individuals and teams across industries - from professionals and consultants to entrepreneurs, business owners and healthcare leaders. What unites them is a commitment to grow, lead and live with greater purpose.

Our clients are ready to be brutally honest - with themselves and with us - about the challenges they face and the changes they want to make.

They are driven, thoughtful and hungry for continuous growth, personally and professionally.

We’ve partnered with senior executives at global firms, NHS leaders, start-up founders, and people at critical crossroads seeking confidence, clarity and direction.

Whether they’re at the peak of their careers or redefining their path, they come to us for momentum, meaning and measurable impact.

Coaching transformed our own journeys. It pushed us beyond goals we once thought unreachable. Now, our mission is simple: to help you do the same.

Our clients typically face one or more of the following challenges:

  • You have built a successful career over the last 10-15 years and you are well respected in your industry.

The issue? You're unhappy, bored and unfulfilled. You feel stuck.

  • You have built a successful career and the next step involves a big jump in responsibility, size of team and number of people to manage.

You need help developing your leadership skills, confidence and self-awareness, and someone you support them through the process.

  • You've always dreamt of doing something different with your life.

Something more inspiring and in line with who you really are as a person, rather than who you think you’re supposed to be.

You need help taking the first steps.

  • You have a voice inside telling you that you're not good enough or smart enough or brave enough to take the next step in your career, or that move to a new country, or that transition to a completely different job.

Having worked through all three of these myself, I can help you achieve more than you ever thought possible.

  • You know what you need to do, it’s doing it that’s the hard part.

You need someone to hold you accountable, keep you focused and on track, to achieve your goals.

  • You have a CV which is out of date and doesn’t sell the knowledge, skills and experience you have gained throughout your career.

Your last interview was years ago and you need help preparing with someone who will support you and provide honest feedback.

  • You are the leader of a team who work well as individuals, but could achieve so much more if they collaborated and worked more effectively together. They lack connection and trust.

  • You have so much to offer. If you could only channel your energy and focus in one direction long enough to achieve your goals, life would be so much more straightforward. Something needs to shift but you’re not sure how or what.

Many people come to us with a formal ADHD diagnosis, while others simply notice patterns in how they think, feel and work that reflect ADHD traits.

Whatever your starting point, you are not lazy or disorganised - your mind is built for depth and original thinking, not for fitting into boxes.

We offer a safe space for self-reflection, practical strategies and developing genuine self-trust. Our clients with ADHD often describe themselves as:

  • Full of ideas, yet unclear how to begin - or finish

  • Drained from masking or forcing themselves into traditional molds

  • Caught in loops of overthinking, people-pleasing, or perfectionism

  • Ready to stop treating their brain as a problem and start embracing its strengths

Whether you are looking for work, a professional, a creative, an entrepreneur, or team leader, coaching can help you develop personalised structures, a growth-focused mindset, accountability and consistent momentum to succeed - in ways that truly reflect who you are.

If you are based in the UK, the Access to Work government grant scheme may be able to fund the full cost of your coaching if you are in employment or self-employed.

What does a Wagtail have to do with coaching?

Black and white bird standing on a ledge against a cloudy sky

Every morning, at 5.30am, a wagtail tapped on the bedroom window whilst we were living in Zambia on our one year adventure living in Africa. It saw its reflection as a rival and kept returning, undeterred by frustration and failure.

But the wagtail isn’t just persistent, it’s smart, collaborative and a natural communicator (with other birds, obvs). That same determination and focus, applied differently, can move mountains.

Seeing the wagtail each morning reminded me of what coaching clients often teach us:

1. When times are hard, often the person we are fighting is ourselves. We can choose to stop.

2. Repeating the same actions brings the same results. We can choose different behaviours.

3. Pausing to reflect opens new perspectives. The impossible becomes possible.

4. Determination, focus and passion, when aimed well, can help you achieve your biggest goals. We choose where to put our energy.

Change is knocking. Let's go
